Quality Control

Quality Control from Material to Shipment

For hydraulic cylinders and related hydraulic products, quality control is not only final inspection. It starts with material and machining control and continues through assembly, pressure testing, packing, and delivery confirmation.

Raw Material Inspection

Check incoming tubes, rods, seals, and machined blanks according to confirmed order requirements before production starts.

Machining Inspection

Control key dimensions, surface finish, thread, groove, and fit requirements during machining and before assembly.

Welding and Assembly Checks

Review weld position, assembly sequence, seals, piston and gland fit, mounting parts, and movement smoothness.

Pressure Testing

Confirm the cylinder or hydraulic unit under agreed pressure conditions before shipment when testing is required by the order.

Leakage Testing

Check sealing performance and external leakage risk based on product structure and working pressure requirement.

Final Inspection and Packaging

Confirm product appearance, protection, labels, packing method, and export shipment readiness before delivery.

Buyer Confidence

Inspection Points Can Be Matched to the Order

Different projects need different proof. A replacement cylinder may need dimensional confirmation and photos; an OEM batch may need pressure testing, packaging consistency, and repeatable production control.

Available Quality Support

  • Inspection photos or videos when required
  • Pressure test reference information
  • Packing photos before shipment
  • Material or process notes based on order requirements

Before Production

Confirm drawings, parameters, material, surface treatment, quantity, and special working conditions before manufacturing.

During Production

Control machining dimensions, welding, assembly, and product consistency for small orders and batch production.

Before Shipment

Review testing, appearance, protection, packaging, labels, and export delivery details before dispatch.
